Wanted to get a picture of my dog to give as a present to my fiance for Christmas. Took over 3 weeks to get and the picture wasn't as nearly detailed as the pictures on the website. 50% of the picture was blurry and flat.. no detail what so ever. Went back to customer service and they offered me 35% rather than redoing it like they should
