An absolute disappointment. I never received my proof even after the time frame they gave me for the holidays. I had reached out 4 different times and received one response saying that my proof would be ready shortly. Still no proof! Asked for a refund and still no response so now I have to go to my bank and report this as a scam. To be perfectly honestly paying $120 for someone to literally photoshop a backdrop onto a photo of your pet I thought was ridiculous in the first place. However, because my fiance and I just got our first home together and our blind dog Bernard is our everything so I wanted to give him something special for Christmas. Now I'm left with 2 weeks to find him the present he deserves. Save your money and go to a more legitimate company that actually cares about their customers.
