This is the reply I received from them after my order was VERY delayed:
"We are not responsible for postal delays. Do not place any further order
with us in the future, thank you."
I am still trying to obtain an answer from their site since december 2011 concerning this email, but they ignore unsatisfied customers.
I have been in contact with the trading standards who advice me to wait 48h after having sent a last chase up to them and then they will take the case.
