Brought a brand new bike in March 2021, had a warranty claim rejected so asked for the bike to be returned as not fit for purpose. The dealer after this request then said they would now cover the cost of the claim but still wanted the bike returned as purchased it for the supposed warranty back up, their offer was too late at this point and wouldn’t clear up the warranty issue. The dealer has ignored all emails sent but this comes as no surprise as I was given the brush off and ignored when on site being forced to pay a bill that I shouldn’t of had to pay. I’m a biker and love the biking community but this dealer is untrustworthy and once they have got your money they really don’t give a dam. legal action now being taken, triumph warranty is not worth anything at all and the dealer is worth a wide birthUPDATE EDITafter the response from the MD at premier I can confirm that the warranty claim knew about the optimate maintenance before rejecting the claim and they only contacted me after I left them a negative review, sad state of affairs
