Not only the instructor3) we need to get more samples of complete models to gain more experience and use in our work.4) the tone of the instructor is a bit static and needs to be variable to motivate participants.5) on the other hand, sending recorded links is very good in case the participant misses any part of the session.6) the instructor is very helpful and answers any questions even after the session.7) the instructor is very responsive to WhatsApp messages .8) the admin team follows continuously on our feedback to ensure better quality and improvement of the course.9) we are periodically advised of new courses which I believe will be helpful in the future.
