I have read these wonderful comments about the quality of the wall calendars for photographers. It is what led me to make a purchase of 600 units. I paid for 2-day air to have them for a huge community festival this weekend. I cannot use any of them, frankly, I'm embarrassed for them. Their guarantee stipulates that I must pay for the shipping to send everything back, and then pay again for them to ship everything back to me after they reprint the order. This is outrageous, I spent nearly $5000 for this order and would have made it all back plus a substantial profit this weekend but now I have calendars with vertical lines through each image as if the printer wasn't calibrated properly. I really wanted to use them and asked family to look. They said it was "very noticeable." I would love to just keep them and try to make a return on my investment, but it is that bad and I really don't want my name attached to this substandard quality. Even the cover has vertical lines crossing the entire image field. The glossy finish only accentuates the lines. In images of the Northern Lights it's even more apparent. The paper quality and physical product is satisfactory, but the image quality would cause me to think twice about using this printer for any high-quality photographic work because my options now are to have them re-print the entire order, pay for the cost of reshipping their defective product back to them, and paying out- of-pocket to have the reprint shipped back to me. I already spend over $660 for 2nd-day air. I paid for quality and I got shoddy, amateurish work. I will not have these calendars for the festival that starts tomorrow with an anticipated weekend crowd of over 100,000. Gee, thanks PrintingCenterUSA for being a humongous disappointment for this professional photographer.
