First off, Lynn was very patient with me while I made a couple of revisions. I give 5 stars for customer service. Per the 2 revisions, I received 2 hard copy proofs which slightly varied in the black and white contrast quality (my book is in B/W). But the variation was what I can live with, so I went ahead with the order. I just received my order, and would say I'm disappointed because the black and white contrast was a lot weaker than my proofs. It is so weak to the point the black has a kind of purple-ish tint to it as if the printer was running out of black ink. I am thinking about getting in touch with the customer service as I write this.
