Purchased an expensive finishing dryer, it was faulty after 3 weeks. When I phoned up I was sent a pdf on how to open the dryer myself and repair it myself. 4 months later ot stopped working and they wouldn't repair it. Only suggesting I sent it to a separate company for evaluation and if they found a fault, they would send a part to that third company. No other grooming supply company behaves in such a non caring way. Would never buy anything off them again
