The couple that run the business swear at van and lorry drivers who are delivering parcels to the places either side of them just for blocking there loading bay for less than a minute and 95% of the time the loading bay won't even be in use, even so they never ask in a polite manner, they are the rudest people I have ever met they said to one van driver "you're just a van driver I'm a millionaire" this was after he already called him a slob and a wan**er.
