You don’t get stuck often with ProProfs Quiz Maker, but when you do, help shows up fast. We liked the features, but what really kept us going was how support backed us up. I had a few questions when setting up random question pools and checking how grading reports work. Support replied quick, clear, and without canned answers. That’s rare. We’re on Canvas. If ProProfs could plug into Canvas and push grades directly, that would be a big help. We’ve raised the request and they assured us of a resolution.
