Been utilizing ProProfs for 3 years and the only thing you can count on is consistent issues with all ProProfs products and a consistent lack of support! ProProfs client services are the poorest I have ever experienced! Literally cannot gain support when issues arise and if you can gain support it can take weeks, months, or years for them to resolve! After 3 years of the same poor service, we will be taking all of our business elsewhere! TIP for ProProfs: All organizations have their shortfalls with their platforms, but when you couple bad products with bad support you have a recipe for failure! All it takes is ensuring you have a true business partnership with your clients which includes simple items such as solid communication, providing resolutions, and doing what you say you are going to do. It's not a difficult concept!
