This is not my personal review only, but it is one shared by many tenants (at least 60 or more people, I don't have the full list) who have been affected my Pulse' extremely bad management and irresponsible collaboration in solving the problem.We were promised that we could move in to Pulse Nørrebro on 15 August 2023. But after 4 days, they told us we'd need to leave immediately because they did not have a permit from Kommune to accommodate people in the building.It was just the beginning of a nightmare for many of the tenants like me.- The building is still under final construction as of today, 20 September 2023, when I am writing this- They relocated some people to a hotel, but they only reserved the rooms several days. Many had to move out of the hotel again because Pulse did not extend the booking in advance.- They have been irresponsible and non-transparent in their communication. Not to mention it's incredibly hard to reach out to them.- They blamed the contractors for being late and kept promising to us that the permit would be ready soon - which is not true.- They were late with all the refund for weeks. Many of us don’t have enough money to pay the deposit for the new place we found because of this. And of course, the compensation they promised to us is nowhere to be seen.- The CEO, Pradeep, was so arrogant and uncollaborative in his approach. He even called my friend 'an idiot' in his argument.Many of us have been moving between temporary accommodations for more than a month now. Many are unable to register their CPR, delayed with their jobs and studies and yet Pulse has never been transparent in providing a plausible explanation or compensation to us.I sincerely urge you to find another place and avoid them at all costs.1.5 months since their initial moving-in day, the building is still basically under construction and not yet ready for living, and yet they had the audacity to claim that it was ready on 15 August 2023.They are also missing qualified documents regarding the fire alarm security system. That's why the Kommune has not granted them the permit for so long. And this is something related to safety and lives, but was taken lightly by Pulse.Do you want to live in a place where the management is irresponsible, won't keep their words and does not care about your safety like this?
