My greatest issue with QualiaLife.com is the shady practice of them placing an order for a subscription that I CANCELED! I had the payment set up through Amazon Pay, and when I canceled through their website, it did not cancel my Amazon Pay, so another order came through. This is an $80/month subscription, so it's not small change. I wrote to their customer service within MINUTES of this charge to cancel this (unexpected and unrequested) order and to refund my payment. The next email I received the next day was that the order had been shipped. I replied to the shipment notification and received a reply within minutes. (Funny, they can reply so quickly to that...) The response was that I could return the product, at my expense, for a refund. Great service, don't you agree? My second issue with Qualialife is that they don't send a notification that the subscription payment/order is coming due. The vast majority of subscription-based services send an email with 1-3 days' notice that your subscription order is due. This allows you to check and balance, but they just send an order notification. This is honestly why I canceled. I just think it lacks the best service and integrity possible. This entire experience has caused me to question the validity of the products as well as the claims to their quality. And frankly, just doesn't sit well. They won't get my business again.
