CRES is the best school around. You have so many resources to make upcoming Agents successful. The only issue I had was some of the examples that were used for the content. Frank talked about the bad neighborhoods back in the day and kept calling it “the black ghetto”. It was extremely offensive because blacks, whites, Hispanics also lived there n some of the bad ghetto neighborhoods as well. I hope that moving forward, he could avoid using the term “black ghetto” for those neighborhoods or an example . Thank you!
