I also emailed right after the order to inquire about the 15% off if I signed up with my email, which I did, but then it wanted my cell phone number or no discount. That I didn't do, but I emailed requesting the discount since I did supply my email. No reply. It's a gift for my daughter, and that specific Zoo tower is very significant to us, so I'll keep it and give it to her, but no more ordering from here unless it's at a show where I can see the pieces.
