I ordered a phone holder for my Stages cycle bike on 3/7/21 I waited two months for the item to arrive only to have the wrong item shipped (thanks for the paper weight). I emailed to receive a blanket response a few days later, apparently the wrong item was shipped to a number of folks that ordered the same item. The email stated they would ship out the original and intended item in 2-3 weeks, that was on 4/19/21 so going on another two months and I still have not received the item I ordered. My last two emails have received no response, I would highly encourage anyone reading this to order elsewhere unless you like waiting 4+ months for your item to arrive, and who knows if I will ever actually receive this...
