Bought a door which failed within its 10 year warranty, extremely difficult to arrange to get them to respond to the query and ultimately is it the property to assess the door it. When they finally did and measured up they confirmed it had bowed but only took measurements on one day at one time. The issue was much worse when the temperature was colder yet not prepared to factor this in, come back for secondary measurements or put this to the manufacturer . It’s crafty and cold as the door doesn’t fully seal, I need to pay £2,000 to replace it. I would never recommend anyone to use them when the do the bare minimum and need to be chased weekly to make progress. Worthless customer service and warranty.
