Extremely disappointed with the door we purchased from Reddish joinery. We noticed the door rotting during lockdown. At the time of purchased we believed the door would be made my Reddish joinery themselves, but apparently it’s one they buy in from another supplier. We asked for a hard wood door but it’s clearly made from cheap wood. Now they are quoting £4500.00 for a replacement.The door isn’t fit for purpose and clearly has a design/build fault.We also had a similar problem with a similar front door that also rotted after just a few years and that was replaced. Having been a customer with Reddish joinery for a few years we are extremely disappointed with their attitude and handling of this situation. They do not care about their customers.
