Horrendous experience. Customer service non existent.I wasn't sure how to put prescription details onto their website so made a note telling them this, enclosed my prescription and asked them to check. They didnt and returned my frames with lenses i couldn't see through. Didn't answer amy emails until I threatened raising a PayPal dispute. Told me it was my fault for putting wrong details in. I objected to this, then no replied again to my emails. I eventually raised dispute with paypal and they then said they would replace my lenses out of his own pocket. He eventually did this but it has taken from 6th July when I sent the frames after a bad fall, until 4th September to get what I paid for .Could have been resolved in a few weeks if he had responded to my emails. Although the website clearly states 100% refund, no questions asked. He refused to refund me
