Worst experience ever!I ordered 2 pairs of glasses both with varifoal lenses on 17the Sept 20 at a total cost of almost £300 with postage. on the 21st October 20 one pair of glasses tuned up and the have PLAIN lenses in them and are obviously display glasses because one lens has the makers name silk screened onto it. NO sign of the second pair. I have sent 4 emails and got no reply and made 3 phone calls (the first 2 weeks ago) with absolutely no active response. On all 3 occasions they said that the manager was out and would call back but of course Mr Daren Williams did not call Back. Looking back on his two companies Reglazing Eyewear company and Online Opticians UK both on LInkedin and Facebook there are many warnings that these companies are a scam.
