If you don't have a receipt or an account with Ren Pets you won't be able to return or exchange any item. I just found that out. That is a terrible customer service policy, and I don't know of any other store that would do that. I will not go back again and will spread the word. This policy is far from customer friendly! The item is brand new and is still in the package. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and found the item I thought I had lost when we moved.
