I too order toilet paper 3/23/20, follow up 3/30/20 as my card was charged, but no communication. I sent a dispute to my cc on 4/3/20 and got a confirmed from this company sunday evening that my charges were cancelled and I will be refunded. Ironically that stated in there email that they couldn't fulfill my order. Well then, don't take my money. Stay far away from this company. They don't take phone calls and don't return emails in whichever manner you submit.
