If I could give this website zero stars I would. I am not upset that I signed up or even got the subscription to get my resume in a format that I could download and edit. What I am outraged over is to cancel the subscription you have to email them, no option to simply cancel while I am in my account. There is no where in my account that says when the subscription renews or anything. So, I emailed them to no response and I am continued to be charged an amount, which I’m sure I didn’t agree to because there are multiple charges a month. Emailed them again today demanding they cancel my subscription, and receive a response that says my subscription was canceled in June. Well, if that were true shouldn’t my account reflect that? Should they still have continued to charge me 4 times?! NO. I think this site is a complete scam. Don’t trust them.
