I corroborate the bad reviews, and I had face-to-face contact at the company.After giving the correct paint code for my car, the paint was too light. I complained in person and asked for a refund, and quoted the Consumer Rights Act. The refund was refused. Someone who may be a manager or director got aggressive and abusive. The statements in other reviews about poor customer service match my experience.
