I received my custom merch with a stain on the zip hoodie from the box and the custom 9fifty hat, the sticker was damaged. When you order from this company, there are no returns due to the custom nature of the product you order, however, receiving damaged product feels unfair or like nothing can be done. I’m not happy with this order; I have ordered here from the past and this is the first time I received damaged goods. *** update: I am still dissatisfied with Rokkit wear. I had sent them an email directly about another order I received- a pair of custom Arapahoe Warriors sweatpants. The sweatpants arrived and the logo was way off colour and does not match any of the other Arapahoe Warriors custom gear I already own. The logo was placed crooked and in an awkward spot on the sweatpants, that also does not match the placement of other sweatpants/ track pants I have purchased from the organization itself. The sweatpants were $60.99 plus shipping. The sweatpants are soft, however the logo is a cheap, iron on,“sticker” that looked like my 7 year old placed it, on the merchandise. When Rokkit Wear contacted me, in reply to my email, they did not refund me for the item, let alone give a satisfactory response. They offered to replace the poor quality item, with the same item, with the misplaced, crooked, discoloured logo for a retail price of 40% off 😂. What a joke. Save your money. don’t spend it on over priced, poor quality, custom merchandise that represents your team organization or whomever this company is authorized to represent; you’d be better off ordering and creating custom wear, from Amazon. I will not be shopping Rokkit Wear for my team, spirit wear and will also be sure to let my team and others who wish to support their team, to NOT shop off their site. I will not be shopping Rokkit Wear again.
