Had previously purchased the kit for my shed roof. Fairly straight forward to do. Though as the website does tell you the rubber is quite heavy. I've just gotten round to getting the trim for the sides of the shed roof. Unfortunately misplaced the hex fasteners. I contacted customer service offering to pay for new ones. They replied that they'd generously send them straight out. Fast and courteous customer service. Wish the bigger companies had service like that. Should also say the purchase process is straight forward and quick.Thanks Laura at R4R!
