I purchased a harness for our British Bulldog. Unfortunately the metal lead attachment cut Part way through the cloth strap.I contacted Ruffwear firstly by phone then email. The customer service was first class, the issue was resolved in a prompt and professional manner. I would highly recommend the harnesses (especially now that they have made an adjustment to problem area.) The harness is light weight and fits our boy very well.
