I ordered 2 foundation sticks and a few other items and received one of the foundation sticks arrived with the seal broken and it stuck to lid. It was dry and crusty looking. I immediately emailed them photos and my concerns. Explained to them that it appeared used and requested an exchange. Customer service was very rude, I quote "There was a seal on it" I explained to them that the seal was broken and that even it they say it is "new and unused" they cant guarantee that as they dont ship them. Even if it wasnt used, makeup expires and I have no idea how long ago the seal was broken/opened. It was crusty and not something Im comfortable putting on my face. For a company whos name is "SAFE and Chic" they definitely dont stand by that. After many emails with poor/rude customer service I asked a supervisor to each out on several occasions. They refused to do so, saying "we responded correctly" and offered me a $5 refund or to send it back and be banned from purchasing this item in the future... like I was the bad guy here. This is such poor customer service, quality control, and a bad way of accusing a customer of a mishap and not standing by your product. TERRIBLE.
