I purchased a mini pack of serums. I had received a full size from monthly service elsewhere, wanted to try others. I ordered and when I received, the bottles were out of box loosely and spillage occurred in all of them at different levels, one fully empty. I contacted them and told them. They said they would send a return shipping label but never did. Then told me if I didn’t send it quickly they would not be able to offer a refund and suggested I pay shipping back that they would refund later. Had I paid shipping back, I probably would not have gotten refunded for it. Seemed to be out of initial payment already. They said package was intact when they sent it. After that, my inquiries went unanswered. Don’t shop here. Service is non-existent!
