I have been a Scientologist for about 15 years and it has definitely helped me in life. There are lots of lovely basic courses that address various aspects of life, it is simply a matter of study the material and understand it and apply it. This stuff works! I feel more stable, more healthy, have faster reactions, better communication and generally doing well. The most memorable incident was when I was doing the Survival Rundown. I was coming back from an evening event, loaded down with assorted stuff and keys in one hand and a large cookie in the other. The cookie took the opportunity to break in half and head groundwards. I managed to catch it before it hit the ground. I impressed myself with my fast reactions.
