Their stability product definately doesnt work, after 2-3 months with their media matrix used in the filter the aquarium wasnt cycled, their seachem ammonia badge doesnt work and their ammonia testing kit also doesn't work, my complaint was ignored and the advise I was given on their community forum was that there's something in my reverse osmosis water stopping their products working, the only thing in the RO water was instant ocean so that's nonesene, they act like they have pioneer products but none of them so far except prime has worked for me.
