Needed to reverse look-up a phone number. Had some difficulty with input of my credit card information. Went on their chat (with Paul) and was helped very quickly and very courteously. Card was needed to create the account, but no charge was made to the card.In addition, a different service resulted in no information being found, but Searchbug came back with a complete name & address. I am completely happy with their service.
