no show tix & now David McKay owns my data (plz tell me how this is a good idea for show goers?)

what a joke 3rd party has my data to just get a "chance" to see the band I want..........the password seated.com sent me didn't work and the show sold out in 8 minutes the rates were 4 times of any other show that the venue has.....what are we really paying for here

Had a terrible experience -had a presale code -didn't wotk. Customer service suggested try another device -really? for general sale had tickets in cart for $198- got kicked out and when able to get back in same tickets were $398 Would never use again

No verification codes and failed customer service.

This is my second comment on the same problem. I contacted Seated to complain that I couldn't sign up for ticket sale notices or purchase tickets because every time I tried they failed to send me a verification code. A few days later they emailed to tell me they had been sending the codes to a long-ago disconnected phone number instead of the current phone number I kept entering. I was assured that they had corrected the problem, and I was encouraged to try again. After trying several more times over a couple of days, I still can't get a verification code sent to my phone. So I guess I should just forget about buying tickets from Seated.
