Just instigated legal action against this company as I believe we have discovered that the car we bought in good faith has previously been involved in a serious accident and has been badly repaired by someone; despite HPI check coming up as clear. BUYER BEWARE. Sedgley didn't want to engage directly with us, just fobbed us off with a standard email from their legal firm. Several months have passed since I posted the above comments and we are still going through the legal process. Sedgley continues to ignore most of the court documents served on them and ignore any deadlines set by the court. Looks like we will get our day in court as we are not going to give up fighting for a full refund plus our costs. We might all end up on TV on Can't Pay We'll Take It Away at this rate.
