Moved to a new house and realized the water was making our hair and skin dry. I looked around and found Sedna. I saw that the reviews were good, so we wanted to get some more info. Called and spoke with Juan who was professional and polite; he answered all my questions. I was able to get an appointment the next day. He provided sources for me to read about the water in our county. After seeing the products in depth, seeing the water test, and going over our options, we decided to give it a try. He sent out someone to install the devices the next week. Installation was fast and Israel explained how it worked too. Juan followed up in a couple days to ask how we liked the product and we told him it was amazing. My partner and I were skeptical at first, but knew we needed to do something because our water was so hard. We were able to tell the difference right away. Overall, we really like the product. Great customer service from Juan and Israel. Fast response time and installation. Definitely recommend. 5/5 stars!
