My ordeal has gone on for two months. Sephora emailed with a promotion that was if you spent $100 on Tarte Products you would get a free gift! I placed my order online, put in the promo code and when I got confirmation my promo product was not on the order. I immediately called the help centre and they accused me of not putting in the promo code then told me that I would have to not accept my order when it was delivered and reorder!!!!!! Bear in mind, this was 5 mins after placing my order - how no one could have simply changed it is beyond me! Emails were sent back and forth for the next few days and before I can not accept my order, they inform me they are out of the promotion product. Also every time I order they are always out of the redemption gifts. I refuse to buy off this company now - they treat customers horrible.
