Ok I will go ahead and give this place a 2 star review. Only because they did try and make a attempt to right some wrongs but they still fell short on trying to make it right.This place tells you the whole time that nothing will come out of your pocket when in reality in my case 2550.00 came out of my pocket because there body shop that they sent me too charged my insurance storage fees. And because of the fact that they was more than what my insurance would pay i was the one who had it take out of what was the total to pay off my car. Had I not been charged that amount my car would have been paid off and I would probably would have a better chance in financing another car. Instead i still owe on a car i dont have and so far have no luck in getting another car. However George did reach out to me and like I said made a half ass attempt to make it right but it would have been nice if I could at least recovered what was taken out of my pocket during this while ordeal. Will I ever take a vehicle of mine to them No! Would I refer people to them No!
