I have ordered from Silver Cuisine/ istro MD for over five years and it gets worse every time. My latest delivery arrived with the box not sealed, and all the food room temperature as the dry ice had totally dissolved, there was no moisture in the box whatsoever. I emailed customer service because when you call no one ever answers and I never heard back from them. This used to be a good company to deal with and the food was worth what you paid but now I feel like I’m just throwing my money away as I can’t eat any of the meals received. This company has definitely gone downhill.
