inability to deliver as promised and poor customer service

I started ordering from Silver Cuisine back in December 2024. My first shipment was delayed, and then when it finally arrived, it was missing an item. I contacted customer service, and they refunded the item.My second order was the final straw. I was given a delivery date. 4 days after that date had passed, I contacted customer service and was given a new delivery date (I never received any email about it - I had to reach out to them). After that date passed with no word from them, I reached out again and was told they were having delays and could not give me a new delivery date. So I canceled my order.Also, their website is clearly SUPPOSED to allow you to have multiple SHIP-TO addresses, for people that want to send meals to their elderly relatives. However, customer service acknowledged that those buttons do nothing / it doesn't work, and you have to update your shipping address in your account for every order, if you want to send meals to more than one address.I am taking my business elsewhere.
