I have placed two orders (over $200 worth) and having a great deal of problems with this company. It’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get in communication with customer service and then when someone finally wrote I was told that they had moved their fulfillment center and the deliveries could not be processed because of unforeseen issues. They said they would refund me (which I have not yet received!) I made a second order and it still had not been processed. I’ve called multiple times, left a callback number and written to them. I am still awaiting any response. This company is worthless in my opinion and leaves much to be desired. I don’t have any idea how they even can remain in business with their very incompetent service. If you want a RELIABLE and good food service with very good customer service, order from TopChefMeals. I have placed several orders with them am an very happy with their food and delivery (quite the opposite of SilverCuisine)!
