The meals have great variety and that makes it easier to stick with the program. The food is tasty and I can tell a chef has had a hand in creating the dishes (lots of flavor in different layers). I have used several frozen meal programs like this one, and this is the best. It's easy to make a couple meals a week myself and alternate it with these pre-made ones. Thank you to Emily, the Customer Service Rep who helped me when I called in to inquire about the new Vegan meals. She was very helpful in showing me around the webpage. I will continue to order meals from Silver Cuisine, and I highly recommend their product!
