A few weeks back my frames broke and could not be repaired. Site after site showed that my frames were available when in fact, they were not. I went to the manufacturer and was told they'd been discontinued. Due to the tireless efforts of Cindy, she was able to secure a replacement in a similar color. She went above and beyond, even when I was testy from being jerked around by so many other sites. Service like this is rare in today's world, and as i sit to type this (because I can finally see again) I just have to say well done. And thanks!
