This was our first time to order from Simply. Communication was awesome. I think it's impt to remember they have to order your frames like your local shop would too so this adds some time to the process as they can't stock all the choices. My son rec'd his glasses yesterday -- his Rx had changed very little from what he had, but the glasses he has been wearing were a result of needing to use a 48 hr turn around place because his frame broke and he can't see without glasses. We thought they were fine, but when he put on the new glasses from Simply he was amazed and had the cutest, huge smile saying he couldn't believe how clear thing were. I am super pleased! Prices were very fair too and they had the name brand and style that our local shop no longer is willing to order in. We will def be back!! Thanks for the great service Cindy!
