Purchasing eyeglasses can be a daunting task especially if you are new to glasses, like me. I had only purchased glasses once before. I was ready for a new eyeglasses, both close and distant. I also had new prescription. I knew I didn't want to pay those high prices again. I asked my son-in-law, a long-time glasses wearer, where I could try to buy them online. He sent me to Simply Eyeglasses. It was a very pleasant experience. I decided since I didn't know what I was doing, I would call to talk to someone. Cindy helped me. She made the whole experience a breeze. She was very patient and knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Cindy helped me get exactly what I wanted. I ordered 4 pair. Soon after, my new glasses arrived by mail. But there was something very wrong, I couldn't see with them. After talking to Cindy, who was very understanding and calm. I decided to go back to where I got the prescription. It turned out that that new prescription was not correct. So, Cindy sent me a return label, I returned the glasses along with the brand-new prescription. I got all 4 pair of glasses yesterday. They're perfect!!! I will definitely be purchasing my eyeglasses from this company. I have even decided to send my old frames (that are in good shape) to them for new lenses so that I can have a few extra pair.
