I ordered a skateboard the evening of 12/12 and emailed them immediately to cancel as I wanted to pay with another method. I received an email the following morning (12/13) stating that they could not cancel the order becuase it has been processed. I responded to them and asked again that they not send the board and let me cancel and I will re-order with another payment method.After no response to this email I recieved shipping confirmation saying they have shipped and provided tracking.They completely ignored my quest to top the order after I asked the evening prior and immediately after I placed it. They refused to refund and take the skateboard back. Unbelievable lack of customer service. Now I will have to take it up with my bank to have them dispute it.
