I've had 3 of these now ,same fault in all 3 ,every time I charged it ,would either lose all charge and go dead ,or charge then wouldn't turn off ,so I had to stick it in garage to let it go dead ,the battery pack i feel is there downfall that's been my experience with it,I have a pitbull gold pro,yes and like other reviewers here it's not very good at shaving either it took me 15 mins to do my head and it was still not a great job ,I complained about it to them and they said my warranty was out,I bought it September 2024,and yes I had to get a replacement as first one they sent was faulty,now the replacement for the replacement is faulty ,they wanted 80 quid off me to get the battery handle,I may as well just invest in a decent clipper and go back to how I used to do it
