Great showroom experience—but a deeply disappointing order process.While my in-person experience at the Sleepare showroom was excellent, placing my order through them instead of directly through the mattress manufacturer (Helix) was a major mistake. I strongly recommend ordering straight from the manufacturer’s website.Sleepare misinformed me that I could select a delayed shipping date. When I followed up near that date, I was shocked to learn that they had only just placed the order with Helix—something I could have done myself weeks earlier. It became clear that Sleepare acts more like a middleman than a true retailer.Customer service has been chaotic and unreliable. I’ve received inconsistent answers from different representatives, and they’ve failed to respond to multiple emails (four sent over the last four days, none answered). Phone support is polite but ultimately unhelpful—representatives make assurances they don’t follow through on. One agent told me they’d contact Helix right after our call and send me an update by the end of the day. The next day, I spoke with the same person who admitted they hadn’t even reached out.As of today, I’ve been without a mattress for nearly a week after my move, with zero clarity on when it will arrive.Truly poor service. Do yourself a favor—buy directly from the manufacturer.
