I've used this company twice and have never had a problem with them. The only problem is that there isn't a way to get a quote for a network locked phone. I sent a network locked phone in to the company and they gave me a quote that was $12 less due to it being network locked. That's no problem as I knew that money would be taken off due to the phone being locked. I thought that the offer was still very fair. It can be hard to find a company that'll pay for network locked phones. I've sent in two phones and both were inspected and payment was sent within 3 days of them receiving the phone. I will always turn to this company due to they're fairness,ease of use, and timely payments
