0 stars. Terrible customer service from the female workers. They just want your money. Would not recommend anyone to service here. So close to having friends and family come but better off at another self storage that don't lie. They told use we get prorated for days we don't use as long as it wasn't over 10 days . We got everything out on the 3rd as quick as possible just to find out they won't refund anything. They never told us we were supposed to tell them 30 days ahead. Other self storage isn't like that. Will never come back.
