We had a problem with our 2011 Defender which has an excellent Source Sounds Clifton alarm with Black Jax. Factory alarm still dormant on vehicle.On holiday in western France, we could not start the car as it appeared to have been immobilised despite driving a hundred miles the day before (Clifton alarm lights good). Before calling breakdown, I asked for advice from Paul and Chris. They immediately suggested original LR key fob battery was dead. Heated battery as suggested and got car started. New batteries fitted to old fobs. Can't fault the guys' help. Great service. Thanks again chaps!
